At Simaal's, our customers are our top priority. Please see our easy exchange and return policy below. For further assistance, our customer care team is ready to help you at each step if you wish to exchange or return your purchased items.
Eligibility
Any item purchased online, including Ladies Suits, Abaya, Trousers, Scarves (Wholesale and Retail), can be exchanged either in-store or online within 30 days of delivery, provided the customer has proof of purchase.
Please note that items purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase
You will need to present a receipt or the online order confirmation email to proceed with an exchange or return.
Conditions for Exchange/Return
Items are eligible for exchange or return only if they are unused, with all tags intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. In the event that you receive an item that is defective, the wrong size, or incorrect, please provide proof. All items delivered in boxes (such as certain wholesale products) must be returned with their original packaging.
Online Exchange/Return Process
To initiate the exchange or return process, please contact our customer service department by emailing us at wecare@simaals.com or calling us at 03258786060. Provide the necessary information to our representative. Once all the conditions for the exchange or return are met, we will arrange a pick-up from your location.
The online exchange/return process typically takes 7-10 days after verification. For in-store exchanges, please bring the original invoice and ensure that all tags are intact on the item.

Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request by emailing us at simaalcollection@gmail.com or calling 03258786060. We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your location.
Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will issue a credit voucher of the same value, which can be used for purchases in our online store only.
